Mentorship

Mentorship

This project is committed to promoting the community's attention to residential care services for children and adolescents, and to develop more community resources for our residents. By promoting community members to participate in volunteer services, this project can not only provide better quality and diversified services for our residents, but also provide better follow-up services for discharged residents.

Mentor-Mentee Matching

According to the characteristics and growth needs of our residents, this project will match the residents aged between 13 and 21 with a community volunteer, whom would become the "Life Mentor" of the residents. "Life Mentors" will not only guide the residents to expand their growth resources with the support of this project, but also continue to support the residents to face various life challenges after they are discharged from our Home.
